Developer Services

Developers engage our services to provide robust land assembly strategies and consents. Our team work on a variety of national and local infrastructure projects, stretching from the north coast of Scotland to the English Channel.

We understand projects from both the landowners and developer’s perspective which allows us to approach project delivery from a balanced perspective. We know that the development and operation of projects rely heavily on working efficiently as part of a wider team to secure robust consents.

Land Owner Information

Blackhall & Powis work on behalf of developers to identify stakeholders for their project. Our stakeholders include communities, landowners and tenants etc. We will approach these parties to introduce the developer and their project to start discussions to secure the necessary consents and land rights required.

The projects we work on can vary from national infrastructure projects to small improvements to local road networks. As landowners, we are used to managing our own land, following our own processes. Entering into discussions with large developers or utility companies can be a daunting and stressful process. For that reason, Blackhall & Powis approach every landowner on a project the same way we would want our colleagues to treat our own families. This is a sentiment that our clients really appreciate as they understand the importance of building a long-term relationship with the landowners they will be working with.
